Welcome to the QC Cyber Comp wiki for Spring 2009!

What is a wiki? Quite simply, a wiki is a website, such as wikipedia.com, that can be collaboratively created by multiple users. Each member of this class will contribute to the building of our course website, which will house and exhibit all the multimedia projects we will complete throughout the semester.

Our wiki will act as an auxiliary classroom where we will collaborate on projects, post our writing, and participate in online discussions about the issues generated by our readings. You will also be able to access the course syllabus and other course-related materials from this site. Our wiki is open to the public, but only those enrolled in this course will be allowed editing privileges.

In addition to its academic purpose, this wiki will also help us get to know each other so that we can successfully create a community of learners who will help eachother throughout the semester. Please take a moment to create your profile, so we can see who is who!
